For any orders over £50 in value, you'll receive free next-working-day delivery.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday–Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas). Orders placed before 2 p.m. Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.
Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.
All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

We generally recommend spot-washing* your robe unless the level of filth calls for more extreme cleaning measures, or, limiting a full wash to every 3-6 months depending on how often you use it. The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.

The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.

After the first 4-5 full washes you’ll need to boost the DWR with a special outdoor kit washing liquid (Grangers or similar). Avoid laundry detergent as much as possible as it is designed to break down grease and oils, and the DWR coating looks similar to these to detergents, so avoid adding this to the wash.
For best results, try washing and drying your robe inside out as the outer layer will dry quickly while the fleece will take longer. If possible, dry flat in the sun, but in wintertime, hanging your robe in a warm spot will speed up drying.
*Spot cleaning your robes: For any grease-based marks spot cleaning with washing up liquid is recommended.

Rated 8k waterproof and 3k breathable, the 2-layer EVO outer shell features a waterproof membrane and PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating, ensuring optimum water run-off.
Constructed in fully recycled polyester, this environmentally-friendly material is durable, highly packable and quick-drying – plus it looks and feels great, with a premium matt finish and high warmth-to-weight ratio.
The EVO inner is constructed in super-cosy, moisture-wicking, luxurious 300gsm Sherpa fleece. This deep-pile lining is softer and warmer than typical fleeces, providing exceptional comfort and insulation.
